Through the cooperation of the members and the engineers of the Red Bank Base, they successfully cut the crown of 8 tall trees to the safe distance of the passage. These trunks are very thick, with a diameter of 10-20cm. If the laser obstacle removal device used to clean the floating hanging objects can only handle the branches of 2-3cm thick, cleaning such large trunks is an impossible task. The elimination work is a typical successful case of the ultra-high voltage branch of State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company using cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements to better protect power safety. Because the efficiency of the new laser gun is much faster than that of manual cleaning, it not only improves the efficiency of the operation, saves the cleaning cost, but also protects the main body of the trunk from being affected, thus protecting the ecological environment, and has high practical value and social value.
